- Stiffness (Sakhti):
- Stiffness ka matlab hai ek material ya structure ki resistance to deformation (jhukna, stretch hona, ya twist hona) jab load lagta hai.
- Ye batata hai ki structure kitna rigid hai ya load ke under kitna deform hoga.
- Focus: Deformation (deflection) kitni hoti hai under a given load.
- Example: Ek beam jab load ke wajah se jhukti hai, toh uska jhukna kam hona uski stiffness dikhaata hai.
- Measured by: Modulus of Elasticity (E) ya Spring Constant (k), aur structure ke geometry pe depend karta hai.

- Stiffness: Structure kitna jhukega ya deform hoga.

- Strength: Maximum load capacity (jaise ultimate stress).
- Stiffness: Load ke against deformation ka resistance (jaise Young’s Modulus ya k = F/δ).
